Confiture making in the luberon (Jam making)

Once in the Luberon, you can pop in at this jam & biscuits maker  La Roumanière.
Located near the Robion Church, this little factory employs 30 disabled persons who make the confiture and bake the cookies (navette, croquant).
The shop is open for a delicious stop and you may be able to visit the laboratory and see how the process is going on...
