Patisserie Class in Provence

Part of the foodie's tour we organise can include a 2 or 3 hours cooking class. Here is the photo reportage of the 3 hrs cooking class we had yesterday.

M & J were able to learn how to cook :
- Croissant, Pain aux chocolat and brioche
- Meringues,
- Macarons,
- Tarte au citron.....

They got back home with a selection of the result of their work and the dough they prepared for next morning's croissants...

They surely loved their afternoon !!!!  and the result was stunning and soooo good....
