Lavender field in August in Provence

End of July, all the lavender field have been harvested.
However, some lavender smaller field, such as the one in the Hospital St Paul de Mausole (where Van Gogh spent the last year of his life in St Remy) are only designed for the beauty of it and are not harvested.

Bellow some pictures I took on August 19th 2013 in the hospital. The Lavender blue is a bit gone but that's still rather nice. And one of the only option you can find....
